Orders are processed and shipped in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow time for torque setting and calibration.
Returns are only accepted with a note specifying the reason for return. Please note, due to the custom torque settings and configured to order settings, we do not refund any orders. We will however recalibrate a tool, reset to a different torque level, or extend a credit for a different tool.
